1. HOSPITAL PROJECT

  • Green Project and Syria Care once worked with one of the NGOs in Syria to build an underground hospital.
  • The hospital is set up to provide treatment to the injured Syrians.
  • It was built underground to avoid being bombed by the Syrian government air force.
  • Among the main targets to be bombed by the Syrian air force are schools, hospitals and public areas such as markets.

 

 2. MILK FOR SYRIA (PART 1 & 2)

 

  • This campaign is a joint venture with the NGO Syria Care Malaysia.
  • The Green Project received cash donation as well as powdered milk donated by Malaysians & Singaporeans.
  • The donation will be given to Syrian children who need nutritious food to survive.

 

3. WINTER CAMPAIGNS & DONATION

 

  • This campaign is a joint venture with the NGO Syria Care Malaysia.
  • The Green Project received used sweaters as a result of a campaign on social media.
  • The sweater arrived safely in Syria before winter.
  • RM 15,000.00 was handed over to Syria Care representatives to be handed over to NGOs based in Turkey-Syria.

 

4. SUBMISSION DONATION TO SYRIA CARE MALAYSIA (2013-2014)

 

  • Submission of checks & cash to Sheikh Samer Saqha, an advisor to the NGO Syria Care Malaysia.
  • Cash amounting to (RM 20,000) and a check amounting to (RM 50,000).
  • The money has handed over to Syria Care to cover the projects undertaken by them.
  • The money is a from a fundraiser and from selling the t-shirts by NGO Green Project.

 

5. SUBMISSION DONATION TO SYRIA CARE MALAYSIA (2015)

 

  • Submission of a check to Ustazah Siti Sakinah Binti Meor Omar, CEO of Syria Care Malaysia.
  • The check amounting to RM50,000.
  • Its is also from the proceeds of donation, part of the sale of t-shirts on the Syrian issue campaign & charitable donations made to the NGO Green Project.

 

6. REFUGEE HUMANITARIAN MISSION IN TURKEY

 

  • In July 2015, a delegation of the NGO Syria Care and Green Project left for Turkey.
  • They send aid to refugees on the Turkish border.
  • It also to monitor the work carried out by representatives of Syrian NGOs based in Turkey.

 

7. CAMPAIGN QURBAN SYRIA 2016

  • In September 2016, Qurban Syria was performed in the Alrastan and Talbeesa areas of the northern province of Homs.
  • 14 participants were willing to represent the Green Project to perform the Qurban.

 

8. ALEPPO EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE 2016

  • Food and emergency aid for Aleppo Ramadhan 2016.
  • 3,600 total food packs were successfully distributed, each pack worth USD 5.54 equivalent to RM22.60.
  • Total cost is USD 19951 equivalent to RM 81,400.
  • The project lasted for 9 days from 22 Ramadhan to 30 Ramadhan 1437.

 

9. RAMADHAN AL KHAYR IFTAR MEAL FOR HOMS SYRIA 2016

  • Breaking fast food aid for citizens of Homs, Syria 2016.
  • About 3,000 food packs amounted to USD 5.50 and the total cost was USD 17500.
  • The project lasted for 10 days starting on 4 Ramadhan until 13 Ramadhan 1437 in Talbesa city.
  • A total of 1,500 residents received this assistance, among them were orphans & martyrs.

 

10. CAMPAIGN SANTUNI FAKIR & GELANDANGAN MALAYSIA

  • This basic food aid is distributed to people in need in Malaysia.
  • Among the recipients were from the needy in the villages and towns presented by representatives of the NGO Green Project.
  • This campaign is an ongoing campaign from us.

 

11. CAMPAIGN MUSIM SEJUK 2016 / AID FOR SYRIA 2017

 

  • Aid for Syria 2017 is a continuation of the Winter 2016 Campaign.
  • Aid such as sweaters, formula milk and baby diapers have been handed over to our representatives in Syria.
  • Among the aid targets are settlements in Syria and refugee camps on the border.

 

12. CAMPAIGN RAMADAN SYRIA 1438/2017

  • Breaking fast food assistance for residents of Homs, Syria 2017.
  • Total of 200 food packs a day amounting to USD 4 and the total of USD 2,400 equivalent to RM 150,000.00.
  • The project lasted for a month in the city of Homs.
  • A total of 1,000 residents received this assistance, among them were orphans & martyrs.

 

13. FOOD BUSKETS 1438/2017 (SYRIA)

  • Food Busket aid for Syrians is a follow-up aid to cheer up their Eidul Fitr.
  • A total of USD 2,500 equivalent to RM 107,000.00 was handed over to our NGO partners there to make this campaign a success.
  • Among the recipients are children and the disabled person.

 

14. CAMPAIGN QURBAN SYRIA 1438/2017

  • In September 2017, the Syrian Qurban was held in selected areas such as the besieged areas of Aleppo, Damsyiq and Homs.
  • A total of 15 participants have volunteered to represent the Green Project to perform the qurban, one for aqiqah and 2 alms.
  • A total of 18 goats were successfully distributed as a result of this campaign.

 

15. EAST COAST FLOOD HUMANITARIAN AID CAMPAIGN

  • In November 2014, the Green Project was together with the NGO Disaster Relief or known as BBNGO and together with the rest of NGOs such as Imaret, Mesra.
  • Government agencies such as DOSH and the Kelantan State Secretary are helping flood victims in Kelantan.

 

16. EAST COAST FLOOD HUMANITARIAN AID CAMPAIGN 2

  • October 2015, a mission to develop flood preparedness for 2 villages, namely Kampung Bertam Lama and Kampung Gua Chatak in Kelantan in preparation for possible floods.
  • These 2 villages were completely cut off and became an islands and it was difficult to receive help from outside except through the air.
  • GP with Dr. Shawaludin Husin, Dr. Din Suhaimi, Prof. Shukri and several academicians and practitioners work together to do their best.
  • Also with other NGOs such as Imaret, Mesra.
  • Government agencies such as DOSH and the Kelantan State Secretary.

 

17. TELEKUNG BANJIR PROJECT: FUNDRAISING

  • Since there is a demand from small donors, here we provide a voluntary collection service.
  • To donors who want to donate on a small scale through this project

 

18. RELIEF KITCHEN PENGERANG

  • We were informed that there was a group of foreign workers who were cheated by the contractor company.
  • Out of sense of humanity, we opened this kitchen to help victims who really had no money to buy foods.

 

19. VISIT ROHINGYA SCHOOL

  • Green Project together with Ansar Care held a friendly visit to a Rohingya school in Puchong.
  • We held a dental care awareness campaign as well as painting the living room which was used as a classroom for school children.

 

20. GHOUTAH EMERGENCY RELIEF

  • The Green Project launched Ghoutah Emergency Relief during the increasingly conflict in Ghoutah in February 2018.
  • The aid can be delivered to the besieged areas directly to those in need there.

 

21. QURBAN SYRIA GP 2018/1438H

  • The annual project of Green Project is a qurban and aqiqah worship program in besieged areas in Syria on the feast of Qurban in 2018.
  • The qurban's meat was given by a representative of our NGO based in Turkey.

 

22. RAMADAN WITH TALENT

  • Ramadan Al-Mubarak completed the lecture program on ummah issues "Ummah in Syria Suffering, What is Our Role?" by Captain(B) Asri Khalid- Chairman of the Welfare NGO Green Project Malaysia.
  • Many thanks to Ybhg Pn. Sri Datin Sri Zaleha Bt Md Yusof- Chairman of the Supreme Council of Land Talent who has given a lot of support.
  • Also present with Ybhg Datin Jacqueline Peris-Vice Chairman of the 2nd Supreme Council of Land Talent.
  • Green Project has also donated "Bantuan Ramadhan 2018" to eligible TD members

26. WAQAF 4X4 SERIES 1 2019

  • Waqaf 4x4 campaign has been launched to assist dakwah and humanitarian said efforts in the interior of Sabah.
  • On 6th April 2019, GP has collaborated with Madrasah Darus Sunnah (MADS) located in Pulau Jambongan Sabah to make this effort a success.
  • Together with representatives from MADS, namely Ustaz Azam and Ustaz Imran who received this donation.

 

27. TALK ON SYRIAN HUMANITARIAN ISSUES AT 4 RAMD TAPAH

  • Invitation to talk on the issue of Syrian Muslims at camp 4 RAMD Tapah

 

28. SYRIAN GP HUMANITARIAN MISSION 2019

  • Representative of Green Project Malaysia went to Syria to see for himself.
  • There is also a process of distributing humanitarian aid and visit several areas in Syria.

 

29. SYRIAN GP HUMANITARIAN MISSION 2020

  • There is Hi Tea Green Project in early year program "Bicara Ummah".
  • The guest speaker is Ustaz Mohd Khouli with Co-chairman of the Green Project (Ustaz Mohd Asri).

 

30.FOOD AID PROGRAM ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES

 

  • Puan Noridah Shaaroni as the Deputy Chairman, representing Green Project Malaysia delivering donations to homeless families.
